How do I know if my equipment is still under warranty?
Enter your equipment's serial number in our Part Finder, or contact our Warranty Department and provide us with your equipment serial number.

Where can I find my serial number?
Your refrigeration model serial number is located on the data tag inside left wall. Your glasswasher or ice cream freezer serial number is located on the front. For underbar equipment, the order number is used, and can be found on the data sticker on the back splash.
Can anyone work on my Glastender equipment?
Yes, as long as they are licensed in commercial equipment repair. Service agents MUST call Glastender and receive approval prior to performing the service call. Glastender has preferred and recommended service companies that are familiar with our products in the US and Canada.

Can I register my Glastender equipment?
Glastender does not register equipment at this time.
How do I schedule a warranty service call, and what do I need to provide when scheduling service?

How do I place a warranty part order?
When placing a warranty part order, please the Parts Department by phone, email or fax.
Please make sure to include the equipment model number and serial number. Warranty replacement parts must be ordered from Glastender.

When will my warranty part order ship?
Typically parts ship in 48 – 72 hours. To check an order online go to our order status page, or contact us. Please include the model number and serial number of the equipment, part number, and PO number if known.
